New Zealand unemployment rate and employment change

New Zealand economy released the first quarter unemployment rate, where it increased to 6.7% compared with the prior reading of 6.3% that was revised to 6.4%, also it came more than expectations of 6.3%.

Also, the first quarter data for the employment change was released as well, where it rose to 0.4% compared with the previous reading of 0.1%, revised to 0.2%, also it came as expected 0.4%.

New Zealand economy released the annual employment change during the first quarter where it increased to 0.9% compared with the prior reading of 1.6%, while the current reading is a compatible with expectations that referred to 0.9%.
