U.S. Construction Spending Rise For First Time In 2012

The U.S. Commerce Department said today in Washington that the index which measures the dollar value pf spending on all types of construction in the U.S. rose 0.1 percent in March, the first positive reading December. The obviously anemic rise followed a 1.1 percent decrease in construction spending in February.
