Strabag se retira de acuerdo con Cemex en Austria y Hungría

VIENA - El grupo constructor austríaco Strabag SE (STRV.VI: Cotización) dijo el viernes que dará marcha atrás en el acuerdo que había alcanzado con Cemex (CMXCPO.MX: Cotización) (CX.N: Cotización) para adquirir las operaciones de la cementera mexicana en Austria y Hungría.

Strabag SE anunció que abandonaba el acuerdo por no haber podido obtener la aprobación de una agencia anti monopolios en Austria antes del 30 de junio, plazo límite fijado para tal fin.

La operación iba a concretarse por 310 millones de euros en momentos en que Cemex se encuentra en plena negociación para restructurar su pesada deuda bancaria.
