Segundo ataque a Twitter, joven de 17 años responsable

CHICAGO - De acuerdo a información del canal de noticias tecnológicas CNET, un adolescente de 17 años procedente de Brooklyn, confesó haber creado un segundo "exploit" para Twitter, el joven dijo que creó el gusano porque estaba aburrido y quería mostrar las debilidades de Twitter.

Muy parecido al gusano anterior StalkDaily, este segundo conocido como "Mikeyy" publicaba mensajes esparciéndose por la red social como "MikkeyMikkey is done" y "Twitter por favor arregla esto, saludos Mikeyy".

Michael "Mikeyy" Mooney platicó a CNET que es un estudiante de secundaria que espera ser un gran analista en seguridad algún día, y que durante 3 años se ha dedicado a la creación de gusanos sin gran capacidad de daño, sin embargo, piensa que tal vez este sea su último gusano.

A pesar de que Twitter informó que había arreglado el problema con el primer gusano, Mooney aprovechó y demostró que aún había fallas al esparcir este segundo.

Al momento, Twitter no ha contactado al joven.
