El índice de precios al Consumidor mostró un descenso del 0.31% durante el cuarto mes del año, ubicándose en 3.41% a tasa anual, nivel más bajo desde octubre pasado, así lo indicó este miércoles el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI).
